This product made with domestic & imported high-grade sisal as raw materials, noramly applicate for metal middle polishing. Immerse the semi sisal wheel in the special oil processing some hours after,then through high temperature dry it, lead out our oil sisal wheel touch very hard and finished polishing effect very well. It was used for stainless steel plate and pipe etc.
Sisal Polishing Wheel Safety Guidelines:
1.Do not use sisal polishing wheel flanges that are either smaller or larger than the outer tips of the teeth in clinchring.
2.The diameter of the Sisal Polishing Wheel shaft should match the diameter of the arbor hole.
3.Prior to installation of a buffing wheel buff, examine the product for defects or damage
4.Carefully mount the buffing wheel, making sure that its tails trail the direction of rotation.
5.Make sure that the wheel flange areas of the spacer securely clamp the clinch ring of the buff.
6.Never bypass machine manufacturers' recommendations concerning the safe operation procedures
7.Use and maintain the dust collection system
